1. Eligibility Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Employees of bitcrowd GmbH, their relatives, and household members are excluded. Participation via automated procedures is not permitted. By participating in the contest, participants agree that any photos made by bitcrowd GmbH may be used and published.

2. Participation Participation can be done online via the online survey. Participants must provide their name and address truthfully, along with any other required information.

3. Winner Selection The prize will only be drawn among participants who have provided correct personal information within the participation period (31.07.2024 - 20.09.2024). The draw will take place on the 21.09.2024.

4. Notification of Winners All winners will be notified by phone, email, or in writing, as far as possible. bitcrowd GmbH reserves the right to publicly announce the names of the winners.

By participating in the contest, participants agree to the publication of their names in the event of winning.

5. Prize The prize consists solely of what is specified by bitcrowd GmbH. Any (follow-up) costs incurred by the winner from or through the use of the prize (e.g., food or other travel expenses) are only included if expressly stated in the contest.

bitcrowd GmbH is not liable for damages incurred by a participant through acceptance and/or use of the prize. T

he prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged. The prize is not transferable to third parties.

Legal recourse is excluded. The announcement of the winners is without guarantee.

Osning Medien GmbH is not responsible in case of insolvency or other performance obstacles on the part of the companies providing the prizes.

The respective terms and conditions of the voucher providers apply.

6. Exclusion from the Contest

bitcrowd GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest.

This applies especially in case of violations of the participation conditions or if participants use manipulation or other unfair means.

bitcrowd GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

This applies particularly if proper conduct cannot be ensured for technical or legal reasons. In such cases, participants have no claims.

7. Data Protection Notices

a) The data controller within the meaning of data protection law is bitcrowd GmbH.

b) Scope and Purpose of Data Processing When participating in the contest, we process the following data:

first name, last name, address, postal code, city, phone number, email address, date of birth.

c) We process the personal data of participants to conduct the contest, including determining eligibility and notifying winners by email and/or phone, as well as reaching out to the participants for marketing purposes. If you do not provide the mentioned data, participation in the contest or contact regarding winner determination is not possible.

d) Legal Basis for Processing Data processing is carried out to manage the contest. The legal basis for processing personal data to fulfill this contractual relationship is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If consent is given for processing personal data for specific purposes (e.g., sharing data with partners or sponsors), the processing is lawful based on this consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time with future effect.

e) Storage Duration The data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for their intended purpose and no legal retention obligations prevent deletion.
